Clean Energy Project (CEP) believes developing a sustainable clean energy economy in Nevada and the West is crucial to our future success as a region. The time is now to get Nevada and the United States running on clean energy, so we can modernize our energy infrastructure, stay globally competitive in this new industry, and reduce the air and water pollution that affect our health. This will lower our energy bills, put Nevadans back to work, create new jobs, and allow us to serve as stewards for the next generation.

Clean energy resources are growing, plentiful, and easier to access! Nevada is already #1 and leading in per-capita solar, geothermal, and energy efficient buildings! The Spring Valley Wind Project was best wind project in the country last year. Nevada has the potential to be the heartbeat of clean energy in the West if we build on our accomplishments.

The key to our movement’s success is building bridges to local businesses, citizens, community organizations, energy producers, government officials, and utility companies.
